Back-to-School Bootcamp
PROGRAM DETAILS
This program is designed for early elementary students in general and special education programs.
The language and literacy activities and lessons will be fun and aligned with grade-level expectations.
10 students or less will be included in each session to maximize opportunities for customized learning support.
Students’ speech, language, and literacy skills will be be screened ($50) prior to participating so a customized program can be developed for them.
Weekly reports will be provided to families/parents.
Students should bring lunch, snacks, and water. This is a nut- and fish-free camp.
Activities will be inside and outside of the facility.
Camp is 8am-12pm (morning), 12-4pm (afternoon), or all day (8am-4pm).
Full payment is due the Friday before each weekly session.

June 23 - June 27: $125 (morning or afternoon); $250 (all day)
June 30 - July 1: $50 (morning or afternoon); $100 (all day)
July 8 - July 11: $100 (morning or afternoon); $200 (all day)
July 14 - July 18: $125 (morning or afternoon); $250 (all day)
July 21 - July 25: $125 (morning or afternoon); $250 (all day)
July 28 - August 1: $125 (morning or afternoon); $250 (all day)
August 4 - August 8: $125 (morning or afternoon); $250 (all day)

SAMPLE SCHEDULE - MONDAY
8-8:30am - Welcome students and go over the theme of the week
8:30-9:30am - Skills-based small groups and one-on-one instruction (listening and speaking skills)
9:30-10am - Snack, water, and bathroom break/one-on-one instruction (listening and speaking skills)
10-11am - Skills-based small groups and one-on-one instruction (reading and writing skills)
11-11:30am - Lunch, water, and bathroom break/one-on-one instruction (reading and writing skills)
11:30am-12pm - Outdoor activity (e.g., alphabet/word hopscotch, chalk writing, painting)
12-12:30pm - Go over the theme of the week with afternoon students/independent skills-based work for all day students
12:30-1:30pm - Skills-based small groups and one-on-one instruction (listening and speaking skills)
1:30-2pm - Snack, water, and bathroom break/one-on-one instruction (listening and speaking skills)
2-3pm - Skills-based small groups and one-one-one instruction (reading and writing skills)
3-3:30pm - Snack, water, and bathroom break/one-on-one instruction (reading and writing skills)
3:30-4pm - Outdoor activity (e.g., alphabet/word hopscotch, chalk writing, painting)
